Return, Refunds, Exchange & Cancellations

 

At AGYU, we formulate every product with care, transparency, and effectiveness. We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you ever need a return or replacement, our process is designed to make it as smooth as possible, because AGYU is a skincare ritual is made just for YOU.

1. Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement at AGYU

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product (physical damage, broken/tampered packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing items)

2. Cases Not Eligible for Return / Replacement

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product is opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • Request is raised after the allowed time period

3. Time Window for Raising Requests

  • Wrong/Expired product: within 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged/Missing product: within 2 days of delivery
  • No returns/replacements accepted after 7 days of delivery

4. Return / Replacement Process

Step 1 – Raise a Request

Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s). Submit your request through:

  • AGYU website form (insert link + landing page)
  • Chat support (via the Chat API link to be added)

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Contact details
  • Issue description & photos (if applicable)

Step 2 – Request Verification & Pickup Arrangements

Kindly allow 48 hours for us to review your request. After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup, and our courier partner will collect the product directly from your doorstep.

Step 3 – If Pickup Service Is Unavailable

In case reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, kindly self-ship the product using any trusted courier service. We will reimburse the courier charges to your PayTM Wallet or Mamapay Wallet.

Step 4 – Quality Check & Refund/Replacement

After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.


5. Return Processing Timeline

  • Pickup arranged within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Refund after QC: usually within 2 weeks of pickup

6. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order if its status is “Ready to Ship.”

Ways to cancel:

  • Via My Account → Order Details → CANCEL
  • Or call: +91 72300 06600 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM)

Please check AGYU website must have cancellation option as described above. You just need to give a reason for cancellation, and leave the rest on us.

Note: AGYU reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.


7. Refund Method & Timeline

Prepaid Orders

Refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery

Customer must provide bank details for refund processing.

Returns

Refund initiated after QC, typically within 2 weeks post pickup.


8. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return individual products from your order as long as they are eligible for returns and the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
